Eurocel
Traditional Herbal Liver Support
Eurocel is a product made from Korean and
Chinese herbs that have been used historically in Asian medicine. After passing
chronic and acute toxicity testing in animals, a pilot study was undertaken
with HCV patients. The promising results from the first 10 patients reported
Hepatitis C RNA dropping well below original levels. Further testing is being
pursued.
The patients were diagnosed positive for
antibodies to the Hepatitis C virus, and showed elevated levels of GPT
(glutamic pyruvate transaminase) and had chronic illness for 3 to 20 years
before using Eurocel. Initial quantitative levels of HCV RNA of the patients
ranged from 1 X 108 to 1 X 109 copies per 1 ml serum.
2 mg of the herbal combination were taken
twice a day during the study, which lasted from 6 to 24 months.

Changes in
HCV RNA levels, as well as GPT levels were compared to the base line. For
quantitative levels of HCV RNA, a reverse transcriptase polymerase chain
reaction method was used on patients’ serum.

Changes in HCV
RNA during the Eurocel therapy is shown in the graph below. All 10 patients in
the study showed good responses to herbal application. The prompt reduction in
HCV RNA levels gradually lowered during therapy. Oral administration of Eurocel
resulted in the reduction of HCV RNA from 1 X 108 or 1 X 109
to 1 X 103 with oral administration of Eurocel. It does down 1
million fold. SGOT, bilirubin, albumin, total protein and cholesterol levels
were also improved. |
Patients testified to the following
improvements: improved quality of sleep, increased physical energy level,
increased body weight and smoother, softer skin. This immediate response
appeared in the majority of patients. No adverse symptoms were observed.
